This policy explains what information is handled when you visit the Jayam Arts website at https://jayamarts.digialtyic.in. We have kept the site simple, and we collect as little as possible.
Who we are
Jayam Arts is a wedding invitation, design and printing studio at No. 1, Main Road, 100 Feet Road, Rajeshwari Nagar, Selaiyur, Tambaram, Tamil Nadu 600073. The website is designed and maintained by Digialtyic Technologies on our behalf.
Information we collect on this website
When you send an enquiry through the contact form on our homepage, we collect the details you enter: your name, phone number, email address (optional), the service you need, approximate quantity, the date you need it by and your message. These details are emailed to our team and stored securely in our website’s admin area so we can respond to you. We use them only to reply to your enquiry and handle your order.
When you place an order request on our Order Online page, we collect your name, phone number, email address (optional), the product, quantity, size, required date, pickup or delivery preference, your order details and any artwork or reference file you upload. Your order is stored in our website’s admin area and emailed to our team so we can confirm and complete it. Uploaded files are stored on our web server with an unlisted link that is not published anywhere on the site. On the Order Status page, your order number and phone number are used only to show you the status of your order.
The website has no user accounts or comments. We do not use analytics or advertising trackers, and the site does not set tracking cookies.
Like most websites, our hosting server keeps standard technical logs, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested. These logs are used only to keep the site secure and working, and are not used to identify you.
When you contact us
If you call us, message us on WhatsApp or visit our showroom, we use the details you share (such as your name, phone number, wording, artwork and order requirements) only to respond to your enquiry, prepare quotations and complete your order. We do not sell or rent your information to anyone.
Messages sent through WhatsApp are also handled by WhatsApp under its own privacy policy.
Third-party services and links
- Google Fonts: our pages load fonts from Google’s servers, which means your browser shares your IP address with Google when the page loads.
- Instagram: our homepage shows a video from our Instagram account. It loads from Instagram only when you scroll to it, and Instagram may then collect data under its own privacy policy.
- External links: our pages link to WhatsApp, Google Maps and IndiaMART. When you follow these links, those websites’ own privacy policies apply.
How long we keep information
We keep enquiry and order details only as long as needed to complete your order, handle any follow-up, and meet our legal and accounting obligations.

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it. To do this, contact us using the details below.
